It's a matter of how the people react when you have a need (like a new car) or a problem (like an accident) or just a question. Anyone who knows me knows that I am detailed oriented and will need to have all my answers before I make any big decisions. I changed to Markham Group, Inc. about 8 years ago. Originally they were able to save me money on my insurance and review the coverage to be sure we insured for what we needed. They have been very responsive with on going questions. They are a great local insurance company.

In the interest of making sure I was buying my coverage in the most economical way possible, I had my existing policies reviewed in depth by the Markham Group. My boyfriend had a policy with Markham and recommended I go there to after having trouble finding an affordable rate on insurance after getting a new vehicle. I received a quote from Markham super quick which unbelievably enough, was about 40% LESS than all other quotes I received including the one from my insurance company at that time which I had been with for almost 5 years. I was able to request to speak with Deanna whom my boyfriend had raved about. Markham overall is great, but Deanna specifically is amazing. She's an absolutely pleasure to deal with.
